We are a well-established reconstruction company based in Michigan, USA, with over 30 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry.

We work directly with major third-party administrators (TPAs) such as Alacrity, AccuServe, and Contractor Connection, providing reconstruction and restoration services for insurance carriers and property owners.

Our company specializes in:

Reconstruction
Roofing
Water and storm damage reconstruction
Residential and commercial restoration projects

We are currently in a growth and expansion phase, including building our online presence and modernizing our internal systems to support long-term scaling of the business.

We are looking for a reliable, long-term tea ---------- mber who can help increase lead generation, improve our online presence, and support company growth through digital marketing and advertising.

Position Overview:

Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday.

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
• Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Primary role:
Digital marketing, advertising, lead generation, and online growth management for a restoration/reconstruction company.

IMPORTANT:
We are NOT looking for a basic social media manager.

We are looking for someone with REAL experience generating leads and increasing sales for:

Restoration companies
Roofing companies
Construction companies
Home service businesses
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Lead Generation:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Generate qualified leads for reconstruction and restoration services
• Increase inbound calls, website inquiries, and estimate requests
• Improve conversion rates and lead quality

SEO & Online Presence:

• Improve Google Business Profile rankings
• Improve local SEO performance
• Help increase website visibility in Michigan service areas
• Improve overall online presence and credibility

Marketing & Content:

• Create professional marketing content related to reconstruction and restoration services
• Assist with website improvements and lead funnels
• Support branding and marketing growth strategies

Reporting & Performance:

• Track and report:

Leads generated
Calls generated
Ad performance
Website traffic
Conversion rates
Cost per lead
Requirements:

• Proven digital marketing and lead generation experience
• Experience working with restoration, roofing, construction, or home service companies
• Strong understanding of:

Google Ads

Facebook Ads
SEO
Google Business Profile optimization
Lead generation systems
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet and workspace
• Willing to work Eastern Time schedule
• Long-term commitment
Compensation:

• Starting pay: $8.00/hour
• Paid weekly
• Performance-based increases available based on:
