Organic Content Iterator — Viral Health Brand (Long-Term Role)

We’re building one of the fastest-scaling AI-powered health & wellness media brands online.

Our content generates **tens of millions of monthly views** across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — and we’re now expanding our iteration team.

We are looking for **ONE highly creative operator** whose job is simple:

Take viral winners ? multiply them into more winners.

You are NOT creating random content from scratch.
You are working with proven viral formats and scaling them through smart iterations (e.g different visual hooks).

Most editing jobs give you random clips and vague instructions.

Your Core Job

## 1. Spot Viral Outliers

You monitor our social accounts daily and identify:

* Which videos are breaking out
* Which hooks are performing
* Which avatars/styles are currently winning
* Which platforms are pushing specific formats

You need to understand virality beyond just views.

## 2. Create Iterations (Main Responsibility)

Your main job is turning:
**1 viral reel ? 3–5 new testable variations**

You will:

* Test new hooks
* Change openings & pacing
* Try different retention mechanics
* Rewrite CTAs
* Improve payoff structure
* Create “same DNA, new angle” versions

We are NOT looking for lazy reposts.
We want intelligent split-test iterations with real viral potential.

## 3. Script + Psychology

You should understand:

* Why people stop scrolling
* Why they keep watching
* Why they comment/share/save

You’ll rewrite hooks and adjust scripts while keeping the original viral structure intact.

## 4. Edit Videos Yourself

You should be comfortable in:

* CapCut
* Premiere
* Or similar software

You should be able to:

* Edit fast
* Maintain strong pacing
* Create retention-focused cuts
* Add captions/hooks properly
* Deliver polished short-form videos independently
