JOB OVERVIEW

If you’ve got talent burning a hole in your pocket, wishing your job really made use of your skills, you might be just the person I’m looking for.

We’ve got a ton of exciting new projects in the works with both our company and for our clients…so many that I need a hand to get them all done.

This might be the right position for you, if you...

* Are a Type A personality
* Love learning new platforms and programs
* Are self motivated and enjoy getting things done
* Notice the small details, that most people would miss
* Love watching from the back of the stage, knowing that the show was able to go on because of all your behind-the-scenes work

I’m looking for a Project Manager to serve as the control center for all the exciting expansion happening with our company…not just this year, but beyond.

That’s right…this is an ongoing remote position.
> Not a short-term freelance gig.
> Not a consulting contract.

An honest-to-goodness ongoing, consistent opportunity that, it just so happens, you can do from anywhere.

I don’t need you to be an expert, but I do need you to have a solid understanding of how websites and online marketing works, including Wordpress, landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, email marketing processes, Facebook marketing, etc.

I need you to make sure that our brand stays consistent and reliable, from start to finish, with every project.

Here's what we're looking for:

* PM is the nucleus of each project. He/she will be held responsible for how well things get done in the project.
* PM will evaluate each project daily to make sure it’s on pace, and prioritize the work flow as needed.
* PM works with our team members, designers and developers. These are people working on other projects at the same time, and the PM will be responsible for getting status updates from them daily and ensuring they have the info they need to continue the work flow.
* PM will work with clients to obtain feedback, get project details, handle revisions, and answer any questions of the client. Most client communication is handled via email and Trello. However, there are projects where phone calls or Skype calls will be needed. Because of this, a strong understanding and comprehension of the English language (both written and spoken) is a must.
* PM will work as the control center between me, the team and the clients. This will mean working with myself and the clients directly on the big picture of projects and ensuring the big picture is broken down into small tasks, prioritized and given to team members.
* PM is responsible for making sure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) are followed and deadlines are met by each team member.
* PM is responsible for handling all client project-related requests and concerns
* PM reviews each increment to make sure it’s a working increment (i.e. an increment can be an opt-in page).
* The Project Manager will also do a regular daily meeting with brand owner/leadership. (That’s me.)
* PM tests everything, serving as the final check before something goes live.
* PM is responsible for knowing if the work being delivered by the team is on brand and of appropriate quality.
* PM will QC each task to ensure that it is ready to publish. And if it’s not, the PM will require more work on the task.

Here’s who this position is not for:

* People who have a lot going on already, and don’t have the time and focus needed to create quality work.
* Those who have difficulty communicating promptly
* Those who have are not very detail-oriented
* Those who are not self-directed
* Those who aren’t willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

However, this position is for a person who:

* Is resourceful.
* Can handle some occasionally tight deadlines.
* Works very well with other people and can build rapport quickly with both team members and clients.
* Has great attention to detail and brand quality.
* Is not locked into just working 9-5 but embraces a “until it gets done” attitude. However, most of our client requests and client attention is needed M-F during US hours.
* Is a high-functioning communicator.
* Is ambitious and self-directed
* Is organized.
* Takes ownership and pride in their work.
* Is not afraid of new challenges.
* Loves learning new things and can implement new ideas quickly.
* Adapts really well to changes on-the-go.
* Is technology savvy.
* Can juggle lots of moving pieces while staying collected.

Here’s what the right person will love about this position:

1. You’ll be paid to do what you already do well
2. You’ll get to do your work from anywhere
3. You’ll get to work in a digital marketing company, that has been in business since 2011.
4. You’ll work with some very interesting and exciting clients who are business owners and entrepreneurs in the US.

Based on current workloads we are currently needing help about 25-35 hours per week. However, depending on how well we work together and the workload, this could easily increase to 35-40 hours per week.

Sound like what you’ve been looking for? If so, please apply.

WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE INCLUDE: (When applying, please answer the following questions)

1. What are your ideal work times?
2. How many hours are you available each week?
3. What is your hourly rate?
4. What is your average response time via email?
5. Do you know some basic HTML or CSS? (beneficial but not required)
6. How many years experience do you have as a Project Manager?
7. Please included Skype ID, so we can easily coordinate a follow up call.

We look forward to talking with you further!
