Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who specializes in creating high-performing ad creatives. The focus is on producing visually engaging, conversion-driven videos based on provided briefs, reference content, and assets. The ideal candidate should prioritize quality, consistency, and strong performance outcomes over volume.
Key Responsibilities
• Create ad creatives based on briefs, reference content, and provided assets
• Replicate and adapt styles from reference ads into original, high-quality outputs
• Edit videos optimized for paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Ensure strong pacing, hooks, and storytelling to drive engagement and conversions
• Deliver consistent, reliable output aligned with performance expectations
Requirements
• Proven experience in video editing for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative (hooks, retention, conversion)
• Ability to follow creative direction and replicate reference styles
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional)
• Reliable and consistent with deadlines and deliverables
Nice to Have
• Experience working with direct response or performance marketing teams
• Ability to suggest creative improvements beyond the brief
• Familiarity with multiple ad formats and testing variations
Trial / Selection Process
• We prefer to trial candidates before full engagement
• Candidates may be given a brief with reference content and assets to produce a sample ad
• Focus of evaluation: quality, style alignment, and performance potential
