B2B Cold Caller — $2/h base + $100-150 per closed deal (US Web Design Agency)

We are a web design and AI automation agency based in Europe with all clients in the United States. We are looking for ONE experienced cold caller / sales representative to join our team on a long-term commitment.

WHAT YOU DO:
- Call US small businesses (plumbers, electricians, restaurants, HVAC)
- 60-90 second pitch (script provided in advance)
- Share their personalized website demo URL (we build it BEFORE you call)
- Help close website packages priced at $400 or $500
- Hand off to us for delivery

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT:
We do most of the work for you. By the time you call:
- The lead is researched and qualified
- A personalized website demo is already LIVE on our server
- A pitch script and objection handling guide are documented
- You just dial, share the link, and help close

You are NOT doing prospecting, list building, or convincing skeptics. You are calling pre-screened US businesses who clearly need a website.

THE PRODUCT YOU REPRESENT (two packages):

STANDARD package — $400, live in 24 hours
- Personalized website with branding and content
- AI chatbot (24/7 customer Q&A)
- Online booking and quote form (auto SMS and email to owner)
- Google Maps and reviews integration
- Mobile responsive

EXPRESS package — $500, live in 6 hours
- Same as Standard but same-day turnaround
- Roughly 1 in 3 prospects upgrade when framed right

COMPENSATION (base + bonus):
- Base salary: $2 per hour, paid weekly (4 hours per day, 5 days per week = around $160/month base)
- Closing bonus: $100 USD per Standard package close ($400 deal)
- Closing bonus: $150 USD per Express package close ($500 deal)
- All payments weekly per agreement

EXPECTED MONTHLY EARNINGS:
- Base only (0 closes) = $160/month
- 1 close per week (5 dial days) = around $560-760 per month
- 2-3 closes per week (typical after week 2) = around $960-1,960 per month
- 1 close per day (top performers) = around $2,360-3,160 per month

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of B2B cold calling or telesales experience (BPO acceptable)
- Excellent spoken English with neutral accent (US business tone)
- Available 11pm-3am PHT (= 8am-12pm US Mountain Time) Monday-Friday
- Own headset, stable internet, quiet workspace
- VoIP setup

NICE TO HAVE:
- Real estate cold calling experience
- Appointment setter for B2B SaaS background
- Customer support background with US accounts
