Virtual Assistant & Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy, and resourceful partner to serve as our Virtual Assistant and Digital Marketing Specialist. This isn’t just about “checking boxes” - you will be the engine behind our digital marketing, content pipeline, and community logistics. If you thrive in a “let’s try this” environment and love mastering new tech, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
- Content & Social Media: Manage our pipeline across Substack, LinkedIn, social platforms and podcasts. You’ll use Buffer for scheduling and Canva to create high-impact visuals.
- Video & Ads: Perform video post-production (Descript) and assist in running Meta ad campaigns and funnels.
- Community Tech: Oversee our Mighty Networks space, ensuring events and automated tech run flawlessly.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools for research and drafting to streamline workflows while maintaining our unique brand voice.
- Admin & Troubleshooting: Handle scheduling, expense tracking, and Wix website tweaks. You are the type to Google a fix before asking for help.

Work Details:
