Operations and Communications Coordinator

About This Role
This is a people-first, systems-driven role built for someone who communicates well, solves problems quickly, and takes pride in keeping a team running smoothly. You will be the bridge between our agents, vendors, affiliates, and internal operations, making sure nothing gets dropped and everyone has what they need to do their job well.

This is not a one-trick role. Over time you will learn every function on our team so you can support, fill gaps, and make informed decisions across the board. If you are adaptable, organized, and genuinely enjoy being the person who figures things out, this role was built for you.

Hours
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday on Zoom (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)

Compensation
- $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month (Performance bonuses and increases available after review)
- Full-time, long-term position (not project-based)
