Inbound Appointment Setter — US Health Program (Commission Only, Hot Inbound Leads)

We're hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter for ENTRY POINT SHOULDER — a fast-growing online program that helps people 35+ get out of shoulder pain without surgery, braces, or quitting the gym.

You will be the FIRST human voice these leads hear after they opt in for our free Shoulder Blueprint. No cold outreach. No prospecting. 100 percent inbound US-based leads fro ---------- ta ads (currently driving leads at around $1.76 CPL — we have a steady flow).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call, text, and DM new leads within 5 minutes of opt-in
- Run a short qualification and booking framework (we will train you)
- Book qualified prospects onto our sales calendar
- Confirm and remind booked calls so show rate stays high
- Log every interaction in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

YOU ARE A FIT IF
- You have set 100+ appointments before in any niche (health, info, coaching, agency)
- You are available during US business hours, especially evenings 5pm-9pm Eastern Time
- You can text fast, talk warm, and handle 'I will think about it' without flinching
- You actually enjoy talking to people in pain and helping them — this is NOT a high-pressure sale, it is a 'is this right for you' conversation
- You have reliable internet, a quiet space, and a working headset

BONUS POINTS
- Background in fitness, physical therapy, or health coaching
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM
- Familiarity with the 35+ pain and aging market

COMPENSATION

First 4 weeks (ramp period):
- $200 USD/week guaranteed base pay
- PLUS $50 USD per SHOWED sales call
- PLUS $200 USD per CLOSE

After 4 weeks (pure commission):
- $50 USD per SHOWED sales call
- $200 USD per CLOSE

Realistic earnings after ramp: $400-$1,200 USD per week depending on hours, lead volume, and conversion. Higher is possible but not promised — treat it as upside, not a floor.

All commissions paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or direct deposit. Closes are paid the Friday after the sale clears.

HOURS
Flexible, but you must be available US 5pm-9pm Eastern at minimum. Most setters work around 25 hours per week split across mornings and evenings.
