We are an award-winning UK marketing agency specialising in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, branding and web design.

We currently manage 120+ social media profiles and create over 1,400 posts monthly for clients across multiple industries.

We are now looking for a proactive and organised Marketplace Proposal & Sales Specialist to help us win more projects and grow our client base.

# The Role

Your main responsibility will be managing our freelance marketplace lead generation and proposal process.

This is NOT cold calling.

You will:

* Find relevant projects on platforms such as PeoplePerHour and Upwork
* Send personalised proposals quickly
* Respond to inbound inquiries
* Follow up with potential clients
* Qualify leads
* Book discovery calls
* Help convert leads into paying clients
* Keep sales tracking organised

You will be representing an established UK agency with strong branding, reviews and proven services.

# What We’re Looking For

## Required

* Experience using Upwork, PeoplePerHour or similar freelance platforms
* Excellent written English
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding of digital marketing services
* Ability to write persuasive proposals
* Organised and proactive
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to overlap with UK business hours

# Compensation

### Base Salary

$300–400 USD/month (depending on experience)

### Recurring Commission

4% recurring commission on monthly retainers you help close.

This allows you to build your own recurring monthly income over time.

### One-Off Projects

5% commission on one-time projects such as websites, branding and larger setup projects.

### Bonuses

Additional performance bonuses available for strong results.

# Hours

Part-time initially:

* Around 20 hours per week
* Must overlap with UK business hours

This will begin as an initial 3-month contract with potential for long-term ongoing work based on performance.
