What we need from you: coachability and obsession with getting good. We don't expect senior taste yet. We expect that you study editors who are better than you, take feedback without ego, and improve fast.

You should already be watching long-form YouTube and Shorts as a student of the craft. You should be able to articulate why a video held you or lost you.

If you've been editing for 6 months and can't tell us what makes a good cut versus a bad one, you're not ready.

Trial brief in 24 hours of application. Onboarded in 7 days for whoever passes. Daily availability required for the first 2 weeks of training.

Application must start with your current hourly rate. Then: portfolio, software, your availability for weeks 1-2, and 3 editors you're learning from right now.
