Promofect and NY Rush Shirts are NY metro area-based custom apparel and merch companies specializing in custom shirts, hoodies, hats, branded merchandise, merch stores, uniforms, team apparel, and promotional products.

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to lead visual branding, content creation, and social media management across both companies.

This role includes graphic design, content planning, social media management, short-form video content, ad creative, website graphics, marketing materials, apparel mockups, and promotional product visuals.

This is not an entry-level production role. We are looking for someone experienced, organized, proactive, and able to lead creative and social media execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving systems, and helping shape the visual direction of growing brands.

Responsibilities

* Create graphics for social media, ads, websites, PDFs, email marketing, and promotions
* Create apparel mockups and promotional product visuals
* Create and edit short-form video content for social media
* Own day-to-day social media content and management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Maintain consistent branding across both companies
* Review all work carefully before submission
* Use AI and modern creative tools to improve efficiency
* Work with assistants or tea ---------- mbers when needed

Requirements

* 6-10 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing
* Strong portfolio with professional marketing and branding work
* Experience managing business social media accounts
* Strong skills in typography, layout, readability, and branding
* Experience with apparel, print, embroidery, promotional products, or e-commerce preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to manage projects independently
* Good English communication skills
* Reliable internet and computer setup

You will work directly with leadership, sales, marketing, SEO, web development, and systems/automation tea ---------- mbers on our Philippines-based and USA-based teams.

* You have difficulty managing deadlines or multiple projects
* Your portfolio does not include professional marketing design work

Schedule

* Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Must be available 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST for meetings and collaboration
* Remaining hours can be completed on your own schedule
* We use Time Doctor for time tracking
