ABOUT THE COMPANY

We're a fast-growing online education business teaching field service business owners (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical) how to use AI to grow their companies. We sell two flagship courses — Built to Scale and AI Fast Track — and we're scaling fast with paid ads, webinars, and outbound.

This role works directly with our co-founder Victoria, who is leaving her corporate role to run this business full-time. You'll be one of our first key hires and have a real seat at the table as we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You will be responsible for two channels: cold email and LinkedIn outreach. Your job is to keep our outbound engine running every day so we can fill webinars, sell courses, and book sales calls.

Cold Email (60% of role):
- Set up and maintain sending domains and inboxes (Smartlead or Instantly)
- Monitor deliverability daily — warmup status, bounce rates, spam placement
- Pull and clean lead lists weekly (Apollo, Coldlytics, scraping)
- Load campaigns, run our 4-email sequences, and rotate copy on a schedule
- Triage replies — forward positive replies to Victoria, handle neutral replies with templates, process unsubscribes
- Report weekly: emails sent, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked

LinkedIn Outreach (40% of role):
- Run automated outreach in HeyReach using our Sales Navigator searches
- Connect with 50–100 ideal customers per day across multiple seats
- Manage the connection request ? follow-up message sequence
- Reply to inbound messages and route hot leads to Victoria
- Refresh ICP search filters monthly based on what's working

WHO YOU ARE
- 1–2+ years of experience running cold email or LinkedIn outreach for a course, coaching, or info product business — not just B2B SaaS or generic VA work
- You know Smartlead or Instantly and can set up sending infrastructure without hand-holding
- You've used HeyReach, Lemlist, Expandi, or similar LinkedIn automation tools
- You write clean, native-sounding English in replies and follow-ups
- Organized, reliable, and obsessive about details — deliverability dies when small things slip
- Can work US business hours overlap (at least 4 hours overlap with Eastern Time)

BONUS POINTS
- You've worked with course launches or webinar funnels before
- You know your way around Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools
- Basic comfort with Google Sheets, Slack, and Asana

COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $500/month USD (full-time, ~40 hours/week)
- Performance bonus: $25 per qualified meeting booked. Top performers can comfortably double their base.
- Salary review at 90 days based on performance. Long-term role with room to grow into a head of outbound seat.
- Paid Philippine holidays after 90 days. 13th month pay after 1 year.
