JOB OVERVIEW

What if your next role gave you real ownership, a direct line to leadership, and the freedom to shape how an entire operation runs? That is exactly what we are offering, and we are looking for the right person to take it.

We operate a fast-growing logistics and operations platform across the United States covering everything from real-world deployments to large-scale brand events. We are growing fast and we want you to grow with us.

This is not a role where you clock in, follow a checklist, and call it a day. We need someone who can own the day-to-day, spot problems before they happen, and continuously make things better. The right person will not just fill this role, they will define it. If that sounds like the kind of role you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekend operations to ensure all critical tasks, shipments, driver schedules, and event milestones are on track
- Coordinate with warehouse partners, network operators, and on-site teams to ensure inventory is received, quality-checked, and staged ahead of each deployment
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, resolve delays and exceptions, and confirm inventory accuracy at all times
- Arrange and dispatch transportation including drivers, trucks, and pickup or drop-off schedules as needed
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, communicate clearly to all stakeholders, and drive resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all work orders, trackers, and inventory systems
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation to standardize operations as the business scales
- Provide structured feedback to operations leadership to support continuous improvement of workflows and tools

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, workflow coordination, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience working in a remote or work-from-home setup
- At least 1 year of experience working directly with a startup is highly preferred
- Experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert is a major plus
- Strong background in building and improving operational processes, not just executing them
- Experience coordinating remote or distributed teams across multiple tasks and time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, Asana, or similar operations tools
- Comfortable with AI tools and basic workflow automation to improve efficiency
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a drive to continuously improve processes
- Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable workspace
- Available for graveyard shift aligned to US business hours, including weekends

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 55,000 PHP per month
- 100% remote / work-from-home
- PTO and paid holidays
