We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Health & Operations Expert to join our team ASAP.
Responsibilities
Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations including answering customer concerns
Handle account health monitoring and issue resolution
Submit and manage listing and account appeals
Oversee listing management and operational tasks
Perform quality control (QC) for catalog management and brand management tasks
Ensure account compliance with Amazon policies and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of Amazon account health, policy compliance, and appeals process
Experience managing Amazon listings and operations
Detail-oriented and proactive
Able to work independently and efficiently
Available to work EST hours
Ready to start ASAP
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with catalog management and brand management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
