JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Generalist to support a growing professional services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can help execute a variety of marketing initiatives across content, video, SEO, email campaigns, and graphic design.

This is initially a part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a full-time position over time. Make your own hours, but there will at least be some hours to coordinate with stakeholders on EST (New York).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing & executiving on marketing Initiatives
Reviewing & Enhancing Blogs (someone else writes them)
Graphic design of brochures, online assets,, proposals, presentations and more

Email
marketing
Creating and formatting email campaigns
Managing email lists and sequences
Tracking campaign performance metrics
Video Editing (or managing video editing process
SEO & Website Support

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have experience with:
- Supporting U.S.-based companies or clients
- Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar video editing tools
- Email marketing platforms
- Basic SEO principles
- Content creation and organization

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Ability to work at least 10 hours/week
- Ability to run with the assignments with minimal oversight
- Full-time is available for the right person
