We are a U.S.-based land investing company looking for a virtual assistant with a diverse array of knowledge to complete clerical work that is anticipated to require about 30-40 hours a week. We are seeking a long-term addition to our team.
The work will include the following tasks:
Qualifying inbound leads from potential land sellers
Conducting in-depth research on vacant land
Calling and e-mailing local government agencies for property research
Regularly handling spreadsheets with valuation figures
Posting property listings on classified websites, Facebook, our website, and a number of other real estate listing websites
Qualifying buyer leads via e-mail and instant messaging
Filling out documents
Customer service
Maintaining neat, orderly, and well-labelled online files
Coordinating meetings with photographers, notaries, and sellers
Adherence to detailed company procedures and standards
Creative problem-solving to improve company systems and processes
The following skills are a must:
Fluent communication skills in English via phone, email, and chat
Strong knowledge of Google apps such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Forms
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Creative problem-solver
Willingness to learn
Basic math skills
High attention to detail
Ability to closely follow formal written instructions
Strong communication skills
The following skills are a plus but are not required:
Experience with classified ads posting
Experience with online retail sales
Experience in real-estate
Copywriting
Familiarity with customer service
