AI Automation Architect / Advanced n8n Systems Engineer

We are hiring a high-level AI Automation Architect to build and scale advanced automation systems for a fast-growing operation in credit, funding, CRM automation, AI systems, online education, sales funnels, lead generation, and business operations.

This is NOT a beginner role.

We are NOT looking for somebody who only knows basic GoHighLevel workflows, simple Zapier automations, or copied YouTube tutorials.

We need a real systems architect that understands how to design, build, troubleshoot, scale, and optimize advanced automation ecosystems using AI, APIs, databases, workflow engines, intelligent logic, and scalable infrastructure.

If you do not understand APIs, webhooks, AI integrations, error handling, scalable workflow architecture, databases, and automation systems at a high level, do NOT apply.

You will be helping build the backbone of a highly automated operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain advanced automation workflows
Design scalable AI-powered systems
Create intelligent lead routing and qualification systems
Connect APIs and third-party software
Build AI agents and automation engines
Optimize CRM systems and operational workflows
Reduce manual work through automation
Build dashboards and reporting systems
Troubleshoot broken workflows and scaling issues
Document workflow structures and logic
Improve business operations using AI and automation
