We are urgently hiring for a dependable and organized Travel Services Specialist to assist travelers with urgent travel-related issues and itinerary adjustments.
This position focuses on travel operations support, including flight modifications, rebookings, cancellations, schedule changes, and resolving travel disruptions. If you have practical experience with Amadeus and are comfortable assisting customers in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to travelers via phone and
• Process flight changes, cancellations, ticket reissues, and itinerary updates through Amadeus
• Support passengers affected by delays, missed connections, emergencies, and other travel interruptions
• Verify and maintain accurate travel itineraries and booking details
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners as necessary
• Ensure all bookings and modifications comply with company and client policies
• Accurately record customer interactions and travel updates in the system
• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience using Amadeus is REQUIRED.
• Background in travel support, airline customer service, ticketing, or travel agency work is REQUIRED.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with ticket reissues, cancellations, and airline schedule changes
• Understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-moving environment
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Work Schedule:
• Remote full-time position
• 5 working days per week
• Shift schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Manila Time
• 8-hour daily shifts
