The Role
Varied PA/operations role. No two days are the same. You'll be supporting the founder directly across content tasks, admin, and outreach work.
What you'll be doing
Editing and repurposing short-form video clips for social media
Uploading and organising content into shared folders
Scheduling and posting content across platforms daily
Outreach to potential talent on behalf of the agency
Account management tasks across multiple social accounts
General PA tasks — whatever needs doing to keep things moving
What we're looking for
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Organised and reliable — you do what you say you'll do
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar)
Familiar with Instagram and how social media works
Responsive and easy to communicate with
Bonus: experience in talent, creator, or agency environments
