We are looking for a confident Cold Caller help us book demo calls with service based businesses in Australia. (roofers, electricians, plumbers)

You will be responsible for calling business owners, and scheduling demo appointments for our team.

We provide leads, a script, and a dialer, your job is to confidently speak with prospects and book meetings.

We are growing quickly and need someone reliable who is comfortable speaking with business owners & knows how to book them in for a no pressure demo call.

3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday)

Australia Calling Hours
10:00 AM – 3:30 PM AEST Time

Exact schedule will be confirmed after hiring.

— Responsibilities

• Cold call businesses in Australia
• Speak confidently w/ casual tone with business owners
• Ask basic qualification questions
• Book demo appointments in our calendar
• Log call outcomes and notes into Google Sheets or CRM
• Follow up with prospects who ask to be called later (manually must be on top of this)

— Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, natural)
• 1+ year experience in cold calling
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet workspace for calling
• Good quality headset / mic

— Performance Targets

• ---------- dials per day
• Track and report daily:
- Dials, Connects, Meetings booked, Shows, Call notes

— Bonuses
Performance bonuses for:
• Booking 5+ meetings per week
• Potential bonus on meetings that convert into paying clients, will be discussed during hiring process.

3. Confirm you can work the specified AU time.
4. Confirm you have a headset and quiet calling environment
5. Confirm if happy with fortnightly payment is fine. + Payment through Wise
6. Let me know if interested in a commission only option, off of confirmed sales. (allows for flexibility, work whenever you want) (optional) (a much cheaper base pay is included) however if you choose commission only, I guarantee you will earn 3x the base pay, if the prospects you book end up signing on.
