Senior VSL Editor (Facebook Ads) — E-commerce DTC — Long-Term

Summary
We're a US-based DTC e-commerce company running multiple health & wellness brands actively scaling on Meta Ads. We're looking for a senior VSL editor to join us long-term as our go-to specialist for video production.

About the role

We need someone who can produce high-converting VSLs (2–4 minutes) and Facebook ad videos (mainly mid-form) consistently, every week, with minimal back-and-forth. You'll receive a script, reference videos from competitors, and brand assets in a Google Drive folder. From there, you handle everything: visual treatment, pacing, sound design, captions, hook variants. We trust you to make the right creative decisions.

Volume & scope

- 7 VSLs per week (2-4 minutes each)
- 5–10 hook variants per VSL (different opening 3 seconds, same body)
- Occasional Facebook ad edits (short-form 60s-1mn)
- Long-term ongoing collaboration, not a one-off project

Required experience

- Proven VSL editing track record for DTC brands, ideally in health, supplements, pain relief, sleep, or men's wellness niches
- Experience producing direct response Facebook ads — we're not making YouTube essays or corporate explainers
- Active use of AI video generation tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro) — non-negotiable
