That’s where you come in as our NEXT AI IMAGE SPECIALIST.
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for designing creative and compelling visuals for new and existing products, including illustrations, packaging, and listing images. You will also create diverse marketing materials such as social media graphics and website elements, as needed.
What Success Looks Like
Success in the Graphic Designer role means consistently delivering high-quality, on-brand visuals on time that enhance product listings and marketing campaigns. Designs require minimal revisions, follow brand standards, and effective product storytelling and conversion. Graphic designers use AI throughout the process of creating – and are continually updating their knowledge with software, techniques and output.
A successful designer continuously improves their skills, shares new techniques with the team, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to strengthen the brand’s visual presence.
Primary Objectives
1. Deliver high-quality, on-brand designs for listings and marketing materials.
2. High usage of AI throughout design process.
3. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align designs with objectives.
4. Optimize product images to meet e-commerce guidelines and boost performance.
Regular Work Activities
1. Develop effective product visuals, including listing graphics, packaging & instructions aligned with brand identity and target audience.
2. Collaborate with the product development and marketing team to ensure designs are aligned with product specifications and marketing objectives.
3. Create high-performing e-commerce listing images that meet platform guidelines and brand standards.
4. Edit and enhance product photography to support marketing and marketplace needs.
5. Perform color correction, background removal, image resizing, and other necessary edits to create polished and professional images.
Key Skills
Expertise in graphic design, illustration, and digital content creation
Strong understanding of brand identity and e-commerce platform requirements
Always updating AI knowledge to best use new software, and processes
Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent photo editing skills (color correction, background removal, resizing)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
Self-starter who raises issues and proposes solutions before asked – a critical thinker who finds mistakes and corrects them
People Contacts and Interactions
Marketing Team – Collaborate on design concepts, campaign strategies, and promotional materials.
Amazon Operations Team – Ensure product listings and images meet Amazon’s platform guidelines and optimize performance.
Creative Asset Manager – Submit designs for review and finalize images for approval and publishing.
Role Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
Proven experience designing for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product visuals and marketing collateral
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
