Appointment Setter – Music Industry (Night Shift | Philippines)
Iconent Group — US-Based Artist Management & Distribution

We work with independent hip-hop/rap artists in the US market. We're hiring one Appointment Setter to call warm inbound leads, qualify them, and book strategy calls with our Artist Development Manager.
High-performance sales qualification role. Strict script, daily KPIs, no improvising. Serious applicants only.

What You'll Do

Call warm US inbound leads (no cold calling)
Qualify using a structured script and scoring system
Book qualified artists for a 30-min Zoom with our ADM
Confirm appointments the morning of each closer call
Update CRM, Sheets tracker, and call evaluation after every call


Schedule
01:00 AM – 09:00 AM Manila Time | Mon–Fri (Sat optional)
Fixed night shift. Long-term commitment only.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
English: Near-native spoken English, neutral accent, confident and natural on the phone — not robotic.
Experience: 1+ year calling US leads in a setter, qualifier, or inside sales role. Chat support, email support, and VA backgrounds do not qualify.
Technical: 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up · Quiet private workspace · Backup internet · Noise-cancelling headset.

Preferred

Experience in music, entertainment, or artist management
Background in urban/hip-hop industry
High-ticket sales experience ($500–$5,000 range)
Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets


KPIs (Daily)
80–100 call attempts · 15–25 reached · 3–5 booked · 70%+ show-rate · CRM updated within 5 min of every call

Base: $300–$450/month ·
