Who we are and what we are looking for
We are a specialist recruitment agency based in Norway focused on the construction and engineering sector. We place project managers, site managers, coordinators, and other key roles with Norway's leading construction companies.
We are looking for one person to own our entire candidate pipeline — from reading a client brief to booking a qualified candidate into our senior recruiter's calendar. This is a full-time role with real ownership, not a task-based assistant position.
You will work directly with Emma, our lead recruiter, and be the engine that makes her fully focused on what she does best — interviewing and closing.
What you will do every day
1. Read client briefs — understand exactly what kind of candidate we are looking for, the role, sector, location, salary range and must-haves.
2. Source candidates — use LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal database (RecruiterFlow) to build a list of matching profiles per role.
3. Launch outreach — set up multi-channel outreach sequences via Dripify (LinkedIn),
4. Manage all replies — respond to every inbound candidate message across LinkedIn,
5. Pre-qualify candidates — send a short written pre-screen to interested candidates.
6. Book interviews — schedule qualified candidates directly into Emma's calendar via Calendly. Make sure every interview slot is confirmed and prepared.
7. Keep RecruiterFlow updated — every candidate status updated in real time. No ghost entries, no outdated stages.
What you will NOT do
You will not handle client relationships, negotiate offers, or make final hiring decisions.
What we need from you
— Dedicated home office with a door. No background noise, no interruptions during work hours. This is non-negotiable.
— Available 08:00–16:00 CEST Monday to Friday. After onboarding this can be adjusted to suit lifestyle.
— Full-time only — we need someone fully committed to this role, not juggling multiple clients.
— Detail-oriented and process-driven — you will follow clear SOPs and checklists daily. This role rewards consistency.

Compensation
— Base salary: 600$
— 13th month bonus 600$
— Performance bonus: 100$ per placement. Estimated between 2-4 per month depending on performance and market.
— Long-term position. We are not looking for someone for 3 months. We are building a system and we want you in it for years.
— The role will report directly to Emma and will have growth opportunities as the company expands. This can be discussed further.
