Key Responsibilities
Source and manage high-calibre candidates across IT, Banking, Technology, and Digital roles.
Deliver qualified shortlists within tight timelines.
Manage candidates from initial outreach through to offer stage and placement.
Work roles across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
Support retained and contingent search assignments.
Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting.
Requirements:
5+ years proven agency recruitment or executive search experience.
Track record recruiting across Technology, IT, Banking, or Financial Services.
Experience managing international markets.
Proven ability to source, manage, and close candidates.
Previous billing experience preferred.
Able to work Middle East time zones.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
