We are looking for a creative and proactive Personal Brand VA & Social Media Marketing Expert to join our growing team at Harmony Jade.
This role is NOT for a beginner VA or content creator. I am a business coach and leading the way for my niche in Australia. We need a team that is ahead of the curve not just beginning.
This role has the potential to become full time with executive assistant tasks also in the near future, therefore looking for a highly efficient and ambitious individual ready and available for growth, knows their craft, is a fast adapter to AI, strategy and constant change! This is a fast moving business ready for growth.

We are a fast-paced company looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing VA who can help grow our online presence and attract ideal clients through engaging content marketing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who is experienced working with a personal brand (not ecommerce) is creative, organised, proactive, and up to date with current social media marketing trends and lead generation content strategies.
You will help create both original content and repurposed content from workshops, trainings, live events, and educational material into high-performing content across multiple platforms.
Your work should help grow brand visibility, attract ideal niche followers, and generate booked calls through content.
This is an ongoing contractor role with room to grow within the company for the right person.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Content Creation
Create engaging social media content aligned with brand voice
Develop original content ideas and campaigns
Repurpose workshops, trainings, and long-form content into short-form content
Create Canva graphics, carousels, promotional assets, and branded content
Edit reels and videos using CapCut, Descript, or similar platforms
Write captions and calls-to-action
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Create educational, authority-building, and conversion-focused content

Marketing & Design Support
Assist with basic
Create workshop booklets and presentation assets
Design website graphics and promotional materials
Support launches, events, and campaigns
Assist with light admin tasks where needed
WEEKLY DELIVERABLES:
Minimum expectations include:
5 social media posts per week
2–5 reels/videos per week
Repurposing to YouTube
Posting and scheduling content (Min 5 days per week)
Story content support where required
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You must:
Have minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
Have proven results growing social media accounts
Understand content strategy and audience engagement and analytics
Be highly skilled in Canva,
Be confident using video editing apps such as CapCut and/or Descript or others
Know how to edit engaging short-form video
Understand Instagram,
Be able to work independently and proactively
Have strong English communication skills
Understand branding and visual consistency
Highly regarded:
GHL, Claude Ai and other ai applications, administrative systems and skills also highly desirable!

HOURS, BENEFITS & PAY
Approximately 15 hours per week
Around 4 hours per day (can increase for great performance)
Australian business hours
No weekend work unless supporting a special event
Starting at $10 AUD per hour (open to increase after probation of 3 months)
