JOB OVERVIEW

- Set up and manage Shopee Search Ads and Discovery Ads
- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize bids and keywords
- Recommend strategies to improve product visibility and conversion
- Assist with storefront optimization (keywords, product titles, descriptions)
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Advise on in app promotions, vouchers, and flash sale strategies
- Eventually expand to Lazada and TikTok Shop as we scale

You're a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience managing Shopee Seller Centre and Shopee Ads
- Have worked with beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands on Shopee
- Understand CPC bidding, ROAS, and keyword strategy for Shopee
- Can show proof of past results: screenshots of dashboards welcome
- Are proactive, honest, and communicative
- Available for regular check-ins via online

KAIA is a lifestyle essentials brand designed for the modern woman. We are launching on Shopee first, with Lazada and TikTok to follow once we validate the market. We're a small but intentional brand and we value quality over quantity and are looking for someone who genuinely cares about results.

Work Setup:
- Gig/Project based initially (1-3 months)
- Flexible hours
- Long term potential as the brand grows

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and scope. Please include your expected rate in your application.
