Xero Accounts Assistant / Leader - Virtual Assistant - Polly Appleseed 604

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Xero Accounts Assistant / Leader to join our growing eCommerce team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and eager to grow within a dynamic, multi-location business.
We are designers and distributors of our own brand of Truck & Auto Accessories since 2005, supplying the UK and worldwide markets. We already have a great team in the Philippines and would love a rockstar accountant to join us!
What You'll Do
• Manage VAT Returns (UK)
• Process Payroll using Brightpay
• Handle Supplier Payments and Customer Statements
• Perform data manipulation and reporting using Excel
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Future Growth
This role has clear progression potential — including training in HR and Procurement functions, with salary growth to reflect your development.
What We're Looking For
• Proficient in Xero — eCommerce experience is a strong advantage
• Previous UK accounting experience is a big plus
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
• Quick learner with an aptitude for new software systems
• Critical thinker with a positive, growth-focused attitude
