Content Editor (Short-Form Reels + Long-Form) — Personal Brand

We're looking for a content editor who wants to grow with a personal brand network covering reactions, family/lifestyle, and music content.

You'll be editing short-form clips (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and longer videos for YouTube. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio, get consistent weekly work, and grow into a higher-paying role.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
- Edit 5 short-form Reels per week (30–60 seconds, 9:16 vertical)
- Edit 1 long-form video per week (5–10 minutes)
- Add captions, cuts, zooms, B-roll, and sound effects to match a viral short-form style
- Bleep all curse words
- Follow a provided editing style (we will give examples)
- Deliver all content on time each week

EDITING SPECS
- Short-form: 9:16 vertical (1080x1920)
- Long-form: 16:9 horizontal (1920x1080)
- Hook in the first 3 seconds
- Clean captions in safe zones
- Export: 1080p MP4

PAY & GROWTH

WORKFLOW
- Mondays at 11 AM EST: deliverables due
