About the Role
Rewired360, LLC is a growing mental health education and training company founded by Kathy Couch, LCSW, FT. We specialize in grief therapy, EMDR training, and continuing education for mental health professionals. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy support specialist to help us keep our content engine running smoothly. This is a project-based role to start, with strong potential to grow into an ongoing position as the business expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and updating content on our Kajabi platform (pages, courses, community posts, module management and involvement in EMDR University courses for therapists, email sequences), editing podcast episodes in Descript for pacing, clarity, and quality, writing polished on-brand show notes for each episode, drafting and publishing blog posts and content updates to the website, and formatting and scheduling content with consistency and attention to brand voice.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have hands-on experience with Kajabi (not just familiarity — you’ve actually worked in it), are proficient in Descript for podcast editing, write clearly and naturally in English, are highly organized and self-directed, can pick up a brand voice quickly and maintain it across formats, and communicate proactively and flag issues before they become problems.

Nice to Have
Experience with show notes for mental health, therapy, or coaching podcasts, basic SEO awareness for blog content, and familiarity with Canva or CE-Go.

Need to have reliable Internet and be available in mountain standard time zone. We will need you to assist possibly with moderating various courses.

Details
Compensation is discussed per project. Hours are flexible and asynchronous — we are US-based (Eastern Time). Applicants must be responsive via email within 24 hours on business days. We are looking to bring someone on as soon as the right person is found.
