**Experienced Operations & Marketing Specialist Needed for Credit Repair / Funding Company**

We are a fast-growing credit repair and business funding company looking for a highly experienced individual who understands how to help scale and streamline operations within the credit repair and/or funding industry.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience working inside a credit repair company, funding company, or similar financial services business.

### Responsibilities Include:

* Building and optimizing GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows
* Creating funnels that convert leads into paying clients
* Setting up and managing pipelines
* Automating follow-up systems
* Running and managing social media ads
* Assisting with lead generation and client conversion strategies
* Improving operational efficiency and scaling systems
* Creating automations and CRM processes
* Helping improve overall marketing performance

### Required Experience:

* GoHighLevel expert
* Experience building workflows, automations, pipelines, and funnels
* Knowledge of credit repair and/or business funding industry
* Experience running Facebook and Instagram ads
* Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Organized and detail-oriented
