We are looking for someone with REAL experience managing Airbnb / VRBO / short-term and mid-term rentals.
This is NOT just a messaging or customer service position. We need someone extremely organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in Airbnb operations from A-Z.
Must speak:
• English fluently
• Be comfortable coordinating with Spanish-speaking vendors and housekeepers
What you would handle:
• Airbnb / VRBO guest communication
• Calendar management
• Pricing & occupancy strategy
• Mid-term / long-term rental coordination
• Turnover coordination
• Coordinating housekeepers and ensuring cleaning quality
• Coordinating maintenance vendors (electricians, HVAC, cleaners, etc.)
• Managing guest issues quickly and professionally
• Check-ins / check-outs
• Making sure properties stay organized, operational, and profitable
• Monitoring reservations, gaps, minimum stays, and booking opportunities
Must have:
• Previous Airbnb / STR experience
• Strong communication skills
• Fast response time
• Problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties at once
Huge plus if you have experience with:
• Hostaway
• Dynamic pricing tools
• Insurance / relocation stays
• Luxury guest communication
• Event bookings

This position requires someone highly responsive and reliable. While the role has regular working hours, occasional after-hours availability is required for urgent guest situations, late check-ins, turnovers, or property-related issues.
Hospitality does not fully stop after business hours, so we are looking for someone proactive, flexible, and dependable.
