I’m looking for a reliable Executive Assistant / Customer Service Representative who can help manage daily operations, handle customer communication, and provide strong administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone,
• Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
• Organize
• Assist with client onboarding and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and third parties
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Executive Assistance, or Virtual Assistance
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and admin tools
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
