Remote Appointment Setter — Warm Solar Leads

I am hiring a remote appointment setter to call and text warm inbound solar leads.

This is not cold calling random people. You will contact homeowners who requested solar information, previous leads, no-shows, referrals, and customer follow-up opportunities.

Your job:
- Call and text warm leads
- Ask basic qualifying questions
- Book in-home solar consultations
- Confirm both decision-makers will be present
- Follow up with no-shows and old leads
- Keep clean notes in a Google Sheet
- Send a simple daily report

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English
- Clear, confident phone voice
- Reliable internet
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized with notes and follow-up
- Able to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Must follow the approved script exactly

Important:
You are not selling solar. You are only contacting, qualifying, booking, and updating notes.

Starting pay is $3/hour during the trial period. Bonuses are available for appointments that actually sit and closed deals from your appointments.
