Opportunity: Are you a Graphic Designer, Banner Designer, Photoshop Artist?

Hi there,

For our team we are looking for a Photoshop professional to perform a variety of tasks:

- Create banners for online advertising
- Create moving GIF-banners
- Do professional photo manipulation
- Create professional looking logos from scratch.
- Search for images on the internet. Use Google Reverse Image Search.
- Create product mockups (like this for example: http://www.psdcovers.com/tag/dvd/)
- Create event posters, facebook cover images

You should have an eye for VERY beautiful and aesthetic design and you should be able to tell differences between fonts, typefaces, etc. If you know how to use Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, that's a plus.

We are based in Bucharest. So please be available from 02:00 pm until 10:00pm in your local time in the Philippines (this is an afternoon shift). We are looking for a long-term employment.

Pay out twice a month, on the 3rd and the 17th.

Here is a test, follow it closely...

Please submit the result of the following test for your application to be considered:

1) Google for the photo of a German celebrity called "Micaela Schäfer", put a bottle of red wine in her hands so that it looks like a highly realistic endorsement. Save as a square (600x600px) in the formats .psd AND .jpeg .

2) In Photoshop, make a 500x500px .gif from the celebrity photo where she lifts the bottle of wine up and down. Put a beautiful, modern green "buy button" on the gif that says "Diesen Wein kaufen" (Hint: You can google "button psd" to find nice buttons!). Save as .gif and .psd.

3) Put 5-10 items from your portfolio (your previous work for other clients) into a dropbox folder and send the link via email to us. If you can do photo manipulation, please include before and after of the manipulated photos in the dropbox. In your email, also include your skype nickname.

Send all the files from tasks 1 and 2 and the URL for task 3 to sk@poseidonpublishing.net to be considered for this job AND use the subject line in capital letters "LEMONADE FROM LEMONS".
