We are looking for a Smart, Workaholic AI Expert who doesn't just use AI but masters it. If you have a knack for bending Large Language Models (LLMs) and image generators to your will, and you can extract high-quality, brand-ready output through precise prompting, this is your place.

Essential Technical Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in creating advanced AI prompts for multiple formats (images, videos, and text-based tasks).
- Deep understanding of how LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and image generators (Midjourney, DALL-E) think and respond.
- Ability to reverse-engineer poor outputs and refine prompts systematically to achieve perfection.
- Structured mindset: ability to document successful prompts, build libraries, and scale AI efficiency across the team.
- Smart & Fast: Capacity to solve complex creative or operational tasks by leveraging AI in innovative ways.


What You Will Do

- Craft, test, and refine AI prompts to produce high-quality marketing copy, scripts, hooks, and creative frameworks.
- Build and maintain a prompt library organized by content type and campaign goal. Systematically iterate based on output quality to maximize efficiency and consistency across creative production.
