Part Time with possible move to Full Time Position

We are a U.S.-based low voltage/security contractor located in Tampa, Florida, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support our estimating and project pipeline.

This role includes identifying and qualifying bid opportunities before submission to the estimator. The goal is to filter relevant projects and reduce unnecessary review time.

This is a long-term position with flexible hours. Work can be completed asynchronously.

**Responsibilities:**

* Search for bid opportunities (municipal, commercial, GC invitations)
* Download and organize plans, specifications, and bid documents
* Create and maintain organized folder structures (Dropbox)
* Track bid deadlines and submission requirements
* Assist with vendor onboarding paperwork and prequalification forms
* Maintain bid tracking spreadsheets and project logs
* Support bid preparation by organizing documents and requirements

*Note: All external communication with GCs/vendors will be handled internally unless otherwise directed.*

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience in construction administration, bid coordination, or similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
* Familiarity with Procore or similar construction platforms is preferred
* Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistent documentation
* Strong written English communication

**Compensation:**

* $6–$8/hour depending on experience
* Flexible schedule (part-time to full-time depending on workload)
