Experienced Cinematic Wedding Video Editor (Remote PH) – High-End US Weddings | 35+/yr

We are a well-established wedding videography company in the Midwestern United States looking for a highly skilled, full-time remote video editor who specializes in cinematic, high-end wedding productions.
You will be responsible for editing all of our wedding films. We average 35 weddings per year, with a mix of mid-to-high budget events.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showing cinematic, emotional, and high-end wedding editing (highlight films + long-form documentaries)
Expert in Premiere Pro (required) with strong color grading skills
Experience working with S-Log footage – must be comfortable with log color management, LUTs, and proper color grading workflow
Excellent English fluency (spoken & written) – critical for accurately editing vows, speeches, and toasts
Skilled at manually syncing 2–3 camera angles (first look, ceremony, dances, speeches)
Able to handle very large projects (250GB – 500+ GB per wedding)
Reliable high-speed internet and a strong computer setup for 4K editing
Must be able to match our established in-house editing style (style guide + presets will be provided)

Technical Details:

Shot on S-Log (Sony cameras)
Footage: 2–3 camera angles
Audio: 2+ wireless lav mics + DJ audio via Zoom F3 Recorder
Footage will be delivered organized with proxies when possible

Deliverables per Wedding:

Highlight Film – 5–7+ minutes (cinematic trailer style)
Documentary / Long Form Film – Full coverage including first look, vows, ceremony, grand entrances, speeches, cake cutting, and all dances in their entirety
Social Media / Teaser Film – Short versions for Instagram, TikTok, etc.
