Acquisitions Agent / Real Estate VA – Cold Calling & Lead Follow-Up

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Acquisitions VA to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for motivated sellers, following up on leads, cold calling prospects, and nurturing relationships until they are ready to move forward. You will work closely with our broker to help convert leads into signed agreements.

Responsibilities

Cold call motivated seller leads daily using the Enzo dialer
Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone, text, and email
Qualify sellers by asking the right questions (motivation, timeline, condition, price)
Update and manage the CRM with accurate notes after every contact
Set appointments for the broker to close
Handle objections professionally and with confidence
Report daily call stats and pipeline updates to the broker


Requirements

Prior real estate or acquisitions VA experience strongly preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level, Podio, or similar)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience with the Enzo dialer required (or must be willing to learn quickly)
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
Available to work Mountain Time business hours
