Gig worker Website Refresh

We are looking for a website, graphic designer who can help us refreshing our website design and structure. With a great eye for design and experience how to structure web content, you help us develop not only a good looking but also a user guiding/friendly website.
We have already developed a website structure and concept. Nonetheless, we are open for any ideas and improvements. In a second step we need you to develop a website design which fits to our company and brand. When we agree on a design style you will implement and develop the aesthetics and structure of the website and make it more professionally looking and easy to follow. ----------
If you are interested, we expect you to be prepared but do not ask you to work on anything until we both believe it is a great fit. As it is a gig job, we do need a time estimate from your side of how long it will take you to finalize this task.
We might extend the contract with helping us with Social Media posts, etc.
