What You'll Be Doing

Having tickets created for you to call hot leads that have just submitted a request for service (top priority call)
Making outbound calls to existing and prospective clients on behalf of our team
Following up on quotes, seasonal service reminders, and upsell opportunities
Confirming appointments and communicating schedule changes
Logging all call outcomes and tagging jobs accurately in our client management system (Service Autopilot)
Handling basic client inquiries and routing anything more complex to the right tea ---------- mber


What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and professional with a neutral or easy-to-understand accent
Outgoing and personable — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and don't find phone calls intimidating
Comfortable with outbound calling — this is the core of the role, not an occasional task
Honest and accountable — we track results by completed and paid jobs, not just call activity
Self-motivated and reliable — you can work independently without constant supervision
Detail-oriented — you take accurate notes and follow through consistently
Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, or appointment setting is a strong asset
Experience with CRM or field service software is a bonus (we use Service Autopilot)
Reliable high-speed internet connection — stable connectivity is essential as this is a fully remote, phone-based role. Frequent drops or poor call quality are not workable for this position

Compensation

Base Pay: $5 USD/hour
Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus tied to completed and invoiced revenue directly attributed to your outbound calls:

Revenue Booked & Completed (CAD) Monthly Bonus
CAD$2,500 – $4,999 - $50USD
CAD$5,000 – $7,499 - $100USD
CAD$7,500+ - $150USD
