We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented forensic accountant with deep knowledge of U.S. tax law, divorce-related financial analysis, and post-separation asset tracing. This role focuses on identifying, organizing, and allocating financial activity related to child support obligations, marital asset distribution, hidden/diverted funds, and tax-efficient structuring after divorce proceedings.
The ideal candidate understands how money moves through personal accounts, businesses, trusts, payroll systems, real estate, and investment structures — and can convert complex financial data into clear, court-ready findings.
Required Qualifications
CPA, CFF, CFE, or equivalent forensic accounting credential preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. tax law and financial reporting
Experience with divorce litigation, child support analysis, or asset tracing
Ability to analyze complex financial records and identify irregularities
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong written communication and report drafting ability
High discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
