Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist for our construction/remodeling company in California.

We are looking for someone strong in:

• Website development & management (tag management, tracking, integrations, etc.)
• Video/photo editing and creative content creation
• Google Marketing:

* SEO for website & Google Maps
* Google PPC / Google Ads
* Google Guaranteed
* Google Business Profile optimization
* Meta (Facebook/Instagram):
* Brand awareness
* Impressions
* Lead generation & lead flow management
* Other marketing platforms commonly used in the U.S., especially in California

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Minimum 3 years working with U.S.-based companies
• Minimum 1 year working with a California-based company
• Experience working with a construction/remodeling company
• Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
• Results-driven mindset with proven success and measurable results

• CRM experience
• Website analytics & reporting dashboards

• Strong communication and organization skills
