Content Miner/ Repurposing Editor

Looking for a highly creative Content Miner / Repurposing Editor to help grow fast-moving brands in the leak detection, plumbing, construction technology, and consulting industries.

This role involves taking raw field footage, YouTube videos, jobsite clips, educational content, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes media and turning them into engaging short-form social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

This is NOT corporate-style content. We are looking for someone who understands fast-paced blue-collar branding and can create authentic, attention-grabbing edits that still feel professional.

Responsibilities:
• Mine long-form content for viral or educational moments
• Create short-form reels and clips
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, zooms, sound effects, and music
• Organize content and media folders
• Help maintain posting consistency
• Create thumbnails and basic graphics when needed
• Understand storytelling and audience retention
• Occasionally assist with posting and scheduling

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong English communication
• Experienced with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar
• Understands modern social media trends
• Can work independently and move quickly
• Familiar with construction, trades, automotive, or blue-collar content styles
• Reliable internet and communication

Bonus Skills:
• AI tools

• Experience with influencer or educational content
