???? **Creative VA — Short-Form Editor + Brand Designer — The OFFER LLC**
Part-time. Remote. 30-35 hrs/wk. Long-term role.
## Who we are
We're a growth-ops agency for online coaches + consultants. Our content is the front door — 3-5 Reels/day on Nick Swan's personal brand + 3 YouTube videos/week + IG story sequences + Miro funnel breakdowns. The content engine is what brings clients in, so the person owning creative output is critical.
## What you'll do day-to-day
- Edit 3-5 short-form Reels per day from raw footage (~70% of the role) — fast cuts, dynamic captions, b-roll integration, color graded, energy-coded. **Style references at bottom of post.**
- Design 3-5 IG story sequences per day in Canva — branded, scrollable, conversion-focused
- Build Miro boards for "Authority Funnel Breakdown" content (visual funnel walkthroughs that get used in Reels + YouTube)
- Design Canva creative as needed — thumbnails, lead magnet covers, infographics, post graphics
- Maintain visual brand consistency across every output (we have a locked brand system you'll work from)
- Suggest your own creative ideas — we don't want a button-pusher, we want someone with taste
- Communicate daily — Slack, Loom, screen-share
## What you need to be good at
- **CapCut** — daily-use proficiency. This is the primary short-form editor.
- **Premiere Pro** — color correction, advanced cuts, audio mastering. Required for the higher-quality builds.
- **Canva** — brand templates, story sequences, thumbnails. Daily-use.
- **Miro** — board design for funnel breakdowns + system diagrams.
- **Color grading** — you can match shot to shot, can grade footage to look cinematic
- **Caption styling** — you know how to make captions that hold attention (font choice, timing, rhythm, color, emoji use)
- **B-roll selection + integration** — you know when to cut to b-roll vs stay on the talking head
- **FLUENT English** (written + spoken) — you'll review scripts + give notes + tag b-roll clips. Non-negotiable.
## What we're looking for in a person
- Aesthetic taste — your portfolio passes the vibe test, not just the technical bar
- Speed — you can ship 3-5 polished Reels in a workday
- Self-starter — when raw footage drops in your folder, you don't wait to be told what to do
- Brand discipline — every output stays on-brand without us reminding you
- Operator energy, not influencer energy — we're not making fluff, we're making content that drives leads
## What we're NOT looking for
- Full-time YouTubers looking for side work
- Editors who only know CapCut and have never touched Premiere
- People who need step-by-step instructions for every video
- Anyone whose portfolio looks like generic motivational content
- Anyone who has never edited a Reel that hit 100K+ views
## Compensation
- **$600/month for 30-35 hrs/wk**
- Performance bonuses for Reels that hit 100K+ views
- Long-term role — we want one person who grows with us, not rotating freelancers (base salary will be bumped based on performance)
## Logistics
- Part-time (30-35 hrs/wk)
- Remote, but 3-4hr overlap with US Eastern required for live review cycles
- Reports directly to Nick
- Start: ASAP
