Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Timesheet Managing through QB Time
Basic bookkeeping tasks (bill/expense recording)
Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
Handle administrative tasks
Support day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping and admin support working with U.S.-based clients
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail, resourceful and accuracy
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently, proactive and resourceful
Nice to Have:
Background in construction or service-based businesses
