Real Estate Cold Caller — Home Improvement Leads (Los Angeles)

ABOUT US:
TradeSource is a lead generation company serving the home improvement industry across Los Angeles. We connect homeowners who are starting kitchen and bathroom remodel projects with vetted contractors in our network. Your role is the front line of that connection — getting homeowners on the phone, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments with our contractor partners.

WHO YOU'LL BE CALLING:
You'll work two types of lists:
1. Homeowners who recently pulled remodel permits in their city — they're actively renovating, but they've never spoken to us before
2. General cold outreach to homeowners in target zip codes who may be considering a remodel

Both are true cold calls. We're not pretending these are warm leads.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make ---------- dials per day (about 50 per hour) using Batch Dialer (built into BatchLeads)
- Open with a scripted intro (script and rebuttals provided, ongoing coaching)
- Qualify the homeowner's project interest (timeline, scope, budget)
- Book qualified prospects into our calendar
- Log every call disposition in BatchLeads (training provided)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

- Full script, rebuttal training, and call recordings to learn from
- Batch Dialer access through our BatchLeads account — no extra dialer fees on your end
- Direct support from the owner — fast feedback loops

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American-leaning accent
- Cold calling experience (real estate, B2B, or similar) — comfortable hearing "no" all day
- Familiarity with BatchLeads or Batch Dialer is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a USB headset
- Available during US Pacific business hours (9am-3pm PT minimum)
- Self-motivated — we measure by appointments set, not hours logged

PAY:
- $4/hour base + $10 per qualified appointment set
- A consistent caller setting 1-2 appointments per shift earns $6-7/hour effective rate
- Top performers can earn $9+/hour effective rate
- Weekly payouts
