TaskOn eCommerce is a Klaviyo Master Platinum Partner and retention marketing agency. We help 7–8 figure DTC brands on Shopify grow revenue through email, SMS, loyalty, and owned-channel strategies — and we also manage Amazon Vendor Central (1P) for select clients. Our clients operate in high-growth verticals: health & wellness, pet supplies, beauty, and sports/outdoor.

The Role
We're hiring a sharp, experienced Cold Caller to be the first voice prospects hear from TaskOn eCommerce.

Your mission is simple but critical: reach the right people, open the right conversations, and book qualified discovery calls with our leadership team. You'll be calling DTC brand founders, eCommerce directors, and Amazon decision-makers — busy, high-level people who don't waste time. Neither do we.

This is a high-activity outbound role. You'll be set up for success with a strong value proposition, clear target client profiles, and call frameworks built collaboratively with you. What we need from you is the drive, the professionalism, and the people skills to make it work.

This role requires working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Applicants who cannot commit to PST hours will not be considered.

What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls daily to DTC brand founders and key decision-makers
• Follow call frameworks while adapting naturally — you're a human, not a robot
• Qualify prospects against criteria set by leadership
• Book discovery calls directly onto the calendar of our President & Founder
• Log all activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in our CRM
• Follow up via phone and email as needed
• Submit daily or weekly activity summaries to leadership

What We're Looking For
This role is for experienced cold callers only. Please do not apply if you have not worked in outbound calling with proven, measurable results.
• 3+ years of cold calling experience with a documented track record of booking meetings (this is a firm requirement, non-negotiable)
• Fluent English with clear, confident, and professional phone communication
• Proven ability to book qualified meetings with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Comfortable holding your own in conversations with founders and C-level contacts
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable. You don't need to be chased
• Coachable. You work within frameworks while bringing your own energy and instincts
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional calling setup
• Experience with CRM tools and call tracking is a plus
• Background in eCommerce, Shopify, or digital marketing is a strong plus

Your First 90 Days
We don't drop people into roles and hope for the best. You'll receive clearly defined 30, 60, and 90-day targets when you join. These aren't meant to pressure you — they're your roadmap. The right person will welcome them.

What Success Looks Like
• A consistent, high volume of outbound calls made every day
• Qualified discovery calls booked and showing up on our calendar
• Clean, accurate CRM records — every call logged
• Hitting the targets we set together

Compensation
This role includes a base salary plus a two-tier commission structure:
• Earn commission for each completed discovery call that meets our qualification criteria
• Earn a larger bonus when a prospect converts into a paying client
You're rewarded for both consistent activity and real results.
