Livora is a fast-growing DTC women's shaving brand running aggressive Meta ad spend. AI-generated content is now central to how we produce ads, and we need a dedicated AI specialist who can own this entire workflow.

Your job: produce ultra-realistic AI talking head ads, AI product B-roll, and other AI assets that feed our editors — or ship as standalone ads themselves. The bar is realism. We don't want AI content that screams AI. We want content that scrolls past as a real person until viewers are 5 seconds in and already hooked — and product shots that look real enough to convert, not stylized AI fantasy clips.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Produce ultra-realistic AI talking head ads using Arcads, HeyGen, and similar tools — multiple avatars, scripts, scenarios
• Generate AI product B-roll using Sora, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, Veo — product in hand, product in use, product close-ups, lifestyle shots that look real
• Ship both standalone AI-driven ads AND a steady supply of AI assets for our editors to use
• Maintain a clean, organized library of generated assets
• Iterate on prompts and outputs until quality matches our standards — not just first-draft results
• Stay on top of new AI tools as they release and test which ones are worth adopting

HARD REQUIREMENTS

• Real, demonstrable experience generating AI product B-roll — not just landscapes, abstract art, or generic AI video. We need someone who has produced realistic ecommerce product shots with AI.
• Real, demonstrable experience with at least 4 of: Arcads, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Midjourney
• You can produce AI talking heads that look real — not stiff, not uncanny, not obvious AI
• Strong prompt engineering skills — you understand how to push past first-draft output
• Understanding of how AI assets work in performance ads (hooks, B-roll cutaways, voiceover lines)
• Sharp eye for the AI tells that kill ad performance — bad lipsync, weird hands, melting backgrounds, distorted product packaging, robotic voiceover — and how to avoid them
• ClickUp or similar PM tool experience
• Reliable, responsive, fully self-directed
• Strong organizational skills

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Background in performance marketing or video editing (you'll be feeding editors and shipping standalone ads, so understanding the workflow matters)
• Beauty / skincare / personal care brand experience
• Experience producing AI assets at volume, not just one-offs
• Active in AI creative communities ( ---------- , X, etc.) and learning constantly
• CapCut comfort — if you can do basic assembly of your own AI clips into a finished ad, you're 10x more useful

• You can't tell the difference between AI output that looks polished vs. AI output that screams AI
