Full stack developer

**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer – App Migration, Code Audit & UI Polish

**About the Project:**
We have a construction management SaaS app currently running on Replit that we need migrated to a production-ready hosting environment. The app is more feature-complete than most competitors on the market and we are preparing it for paying customers.

We are looking for a skilled developer or small team for a 3-phase engagement:

**Phase 1 – Migration**
- Migrate the app from Replit to a stable, scalable hosting platform (Railway, Render, AWS, or similar)
- Set up proper environment variables, database, and deployment pipeline
- Ensure zero data loss and full functionality post-migration

**Phase 2 – Code Audit & Cleanup**
- Review full codebase for structure, security vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies
- Clean up and optimize code
- Document key components

**Phase 3 – UI/UX & Aesthetic Polish**
- Review layout, user flow, and overall user experience
- Improve aesthetics to bring it to a market-ready, professional standard
- Mobile responsiveness check

**What We're Looking For:**
- Strong full stack experience (please share your stack experience when applying)
- Experience migrating apps from Replit or similar platforms
- Eye for clean, professional UI/UX
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and honest
